I have worked with all forms of cooperatives since 1991, including agricultural, telecom, worker, producer, purchasing, multi-stakeholder, marketing, in many different industries. Semi-retired from Jason Wiener, PC as Senior of Counsel. Currently provide consulting, mentoring and training services to JWPC clients as well as groups interested in forming cooperatives. Love explaining cooperative structures, including financial structures, that are available for almost any industry. I would like to expand knowledge of cooperative business models in rural communities who are mostly only familiar with ag and rural electric cooperatives. I have been promoting cooperatives for many years and formed the first worker cooperative in Colorado in 2004. I will continue to promote cooperatives and educate as many of the public as possible for as long as there is any interest in them.
