Webinars. We produce monthly webinars on substantive topics of law and accounting relating to cooperative practice. Presenters are professionals and CLE credit is offered in many states. Live and recorded webinars are free to members; nonmembers pay a small fee.
Resource Materials. Members share templates, research, and other materials and resources with each other through our blogs, forums and repositories.
Meet-ups. Members get to know other members and organizations in the cooperative community at monthly virtual meet-ups.
Directory. Members can find each other through the Directory and connect privately through email.
Groups & Forums. Members may form groups and participate in forums based on special interests.
Conferences. The Guild produces an annual conference by and for members and the public. Members participate for a discounted fee.
Governance. All standard members are voting members of the Guild's general circle that elects directors and helps set the agenda for the organization.
Circle Membership. All members are invited to participate in one or more Guild circles. Each circle plans and executes tasks within its domain, such as sponsoring webinars, moderating forums, managing operations, or handling membership matters.
