We are an organization of professionals, paraprofessionals, and students in the fields of law and accounting who support the professional development of cooperative professionals and the growth of cooperatives in the United States.  Learn more about us on our ABOUT page here.

2025 Membership Information

2025 Membership benefits include:

• Free monthly webinars on cooperative law and accounting topics, with CLE credit opportunities for lawyers;
• Free access to our webinar recording library from February 2021 to date;
• Member Directory participation;
• Guild listserv membership for exchanging questions, news, and information;
• Discounted fees for our 2025 conference; and
• Eligibility for election to the Stewardship Circle as a CPG director/steward.

Most importantly, your membership entitles you to join and grow the Guild’s operating circles that undertake all the work we do to fulfill our mission of educating and supporting cooperative professionals, especially professionals who are from or who serve disadvantaged and marginalized communities. We are an all-volunteer organization and we encourage all members to pitch in to develop additional programs, services and opportunities. If you have an interest in seeing the Guild undertake new initiatives consistent with our objectives, you are invited to propose and help organize them.

Member Enrollment Process:  We are pleased to invite eligible new and returning members to join as 2025 members using the registration options below.

• Renewing 2024 Members: We look forward to your continued participation in 2025! Please renew your membership by logging in to your member profile and choosing one of the renewal options as described on this Member Renewal page.  

• New members Register Here .  We welcome attorneys, accountants, paralegals and bookkeepers who are serving or interested in serving cooperatives, to join our organization. You will need to apply as a new member at this link unless you were a registered member during 2023.

2024-2025 SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION

Guild subscription is available to individuals who are interested in learning more about co-op law and accounting, and connecting with co-op law and accounting professionals and paraprofessionals, who are not eligible for Guild membership. 

Subscribers receive most of the access Members get, while access to some programming and spaces, as well as participation in governance, is limited to Members. Access our subscriber registration page to learn more about the subscriber program, and to register.
