Marissa cofounded People of Color Sustainable Housing Network (POCSHN), the Community Co-ownership Initiative, and East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative. Most recently, she was doing legal compliance and property management for Northern California Land Trust for 5 years. Now, as she awaits bar exam results, she is looking for ways to support collective land stewardship projects, consulting on matters like governance, conflict, legal structure, etc.
