The focus is cooperative law and policy serving worker cooperatives, consumer cooperatives, cooperative projects for community ownership of housing and land, and community-centered cooperative projects generally. PCL is passionate about providing legal services, counseling, and policy advocacy for and with cooperatives and other social enterprise entities working in the sustainable, social, and solidarity economy space.
